  Mrs Vicky Prudham

  Vicky Prudham leads SEND for our Trust Coventry Primary Schools. It is her responsibility to work with staff and the leadership team to ensure the management of the provision for SEND. Vicky Prudham completed her National SENCo Qualification in September 2017 and is supporting all our Trust Primary schools and offers support for the Trust’s Secondary School. She is also a trained Thrive Practitioner

  Miss Shannon Barnes

  Shannon Barnes oversees the Enhanced Resource Provision and two in-house alternative provisions for SEND at Hearsall Academy. She co-ordinates the support for children who are both SEND Support and children with EHCPs. She is being inducted into the SENDCO role and is doing her NPQ SENDCO Qualification in 2025-2026.   Our Enhanced Resource Provision Teacher adapts a curriculum suited to children’s needs with an EHCP. The ERP teacher leads a team of SEND TA’s and ensures every child can access a curriculum suited to their needs.
